Happy Monday!

Happy Monday all! For the week to come, think about keeping bedtime simple, standard, and relaxing! Make sure you develop a routine that both you and your children can stick too and make sure it includes relaxing activities like reading, coloring, or a warm bath rather than stimulating activities like watching TV or playing video games. If you're hungry, eat a healthy snack! Apples, yogurt, or peanut butter and crackers are all wonderful choices! Remember, when it comes to bedtime, your routine is key to a good night's sleep!
