A couple who lived on a $1.2 million yacht in Florida, but still collected $167,000 in welfare from Minnesota, are wanted on fraud charges, WCCO TV reported.

Colin Chisholm III, 62, and his wife, Andrea Chisholm, 54, have been charged with wrongfully obtaining public assistance of more than $35,000. The Chisholms collected the public assistance from January 2005 through May 2012.

Prosecutors say the Chisholms received welfare checks to pay for food, medical bills and job training, the Star Tribune reported, despite having $3 million in various bank accounts.

The newspaper reported that aside from the $1.2 million yacht, the Chisholms also rented a $1.6 million house on Lake Minnetonka, and owned a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pedigree breeding business that produced an award-winning dog at the Westminster dog show.
