Farmington, Hills Officers Help Kids 'Shop with a Cop'
Children shopped early on Saturday for Christmas gifts, thanks to a Target Corporation grant program.
As the sun came up Saturday morning, and officers gathered at in Farmington Hills to make some Christmas wishes come true.
According to Detective David Stasch, the Hills Police Department received a Target Corporation grant through the company's "Shop with a Cop" program. Target works with law enforcement agencies to help children who live in the community, by providing store credit that allows the kids to "shop with a cop".
(FYA) also partnered in the program, identifying 10 children who were selected to participate.
