Farmington Youth Assistance to Honor Young Volunteers
Youth in grades 6-12 who volunteer are eligible.
(FYA) is seeking youth nominations for its 26th Annual Youth Recognition Awards.
Students in grades 6-12, who live in Farmington or Farmington Hills or attend Farmington Public Schools and exhibit exemplary volunteer service are eligible for nomination.
Electronic versions of the nomination form are available by writing to tahafey@hotmail.com. Nominations must be received at the FYA office by March 25, 2011 to be eligible for the 2011 awards. Nominations may be e-mailed, mailed, or faxed to the FYA office. For more information, call 248-489-3434.

The awards will be presented at the Youth Recognition Breakfast, which will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011, 7:30 a.m., at 30500 W. 13 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills.
