Tour City Hall with Farmington-Farmington Hills Optimists

The club's free public meeting includes a conversation with State Rep. Vicki Barnett.

The Farmington/Farmington Hills Optimist Club is hosting an informal Town Hall with State Rep. Vicki Barnett (D-37th District) at on Aug. 24.

Barnett will talk with residents about current legislative and budget issues and will take questions. City Manager Steve Brock will offer a tour of the newly renovated city hall, and talk with attendees about its “green” features. This free event is open to the public.

The Farmington-Farmington Hills Optimist Club sponsors youth-oriented programs throughout the year. On the fourth Wednesday of each month, the Club sponsors public meeting with a guest speaker on a topic relevant to their creed, “Bringing out the best in kids.”
