5 Things to Look for at the Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market

Saturday is the next-to-last market of the season in downtown Farmington.

It's the next-to-last Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market of the season, and there's still plenty to do from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Walter E. Sundquist Farmington Pavilion and Riley Park:

  1. Stop by the Riley Park Ice Rink booth to learn more about the outdoor Ice Rink coming to Riley Park next month.
  2. Try your luck for the last time this season at winning the weekly Market basket stocked by vendors. The drawing is at noon, register at the Information Booth.
  3. Talk with members of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Optimist Club, a community service organization focused on supporting programs for youth in Farmington and Farmington Hills.
  4. Learn more about the Farmington Public Schools PTA Reflections Art Competition. The annual arts program is sponsored by the Michigan PTA.
  5. At noon, head to the park for the Riley Park Ice Rink Groundbreaking.
