1. Pooch Parade
Dog owners of all ages are welcome to the 11 a.m. parade, held during Saturday's Farmington Farmers and Artisans Market at the Walter E. Sundquist Farmington Pavilion and Riley Park. Pick up an application form from the Market Information Booth.2. Fall Plant Swap
Trade your favorite plants and seeds at the Heritage Park Visitors Center on Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.3. North Farmington High Soccer Car Wash
Meet the team and make a donation to get your car washed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Lutheran Church, located in the northeast corner of 13 Mile and Farmington Road.4. Beadworkers Guild Show
The Great Lakes Beadworkers Guild artists will offer a wide array of beaded gift items during their first sale in this area Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., at the Costick Center, 28600 W. 11 Mile Rd., Farmington Hills. The Farmington Community Library Farmington branch wants to get to know their neighbors, with a Sunday, 5:30 p.m., tailgate picnic. Hot dogs, games and activities will be provided, bring a dish to pass, beverages and chairs or a blanket.
