I am currently having a very poor experience with Evil Genius Cycle Works. I dropped my 1972 CB450 off with the guys at Evil Genius on a Thursday to have two tires and tubes mounted and balanced. I provided the tires, and they had to order the tubes, which they said they would do the next day, Friday. They estimated that the job would be complete either Monday or Tuesday, as they had a few bikes ahead of me. No problem, I work as a service advisor at a car dealership so I know how vehicle maintenance goes. Monday and Tuesday tick by and I hear nothing from anyone at Evil Genius. I call around 3pm on Tuesday and am told they are backed up, and my bike will be done by the end of the day tomorrow (Wednesday). Not a huge problem, but in my job, if I don't call a customer to tell him his car is going to have to stay longer than originally estimated, it means I am doing a piss poor job of keeping the customer in the loop and updated. Wednesday comes and goes without a phone call from anyone. Thursday at 4pm rolls around and I call again. Someone I've never talked to before answers. I tell him what kind of motorcycle I dropped off and when, and what I was having done. His response was, word for word "Uh ok, maybe it will be done today". I asked that the guy who I've been dealing with the whole time, Steve (I think that was his name) call me back. The man told me he would have Steve call me.

No call. No idea when I'm getting my bike back. Awful experience.
