Family Buggy Restaurant (Closed)
248-553-9090
After being in the neighborhood for more than 30 years, the Family Buggy restaurant is familiar to most Farmington Hills residents. The main dining room is decorated with real antiques including carousel horses, bicycles, and knick knacks from days past. Another neat item is the train which runs along the whole room near the ceiling. The restaurant is known for delighting children and adults both with dining with the "big bear." The restaurant, which serves traditional home-cooked food, has three big bears which at your request can spend the evening dining at your table with you. Local favorites include Marty salads and Boop's Smothered chicken, both which have been on the menu for almost twenty years. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after 4:30pm the restaurant offers its cheese bread. On your way out, the general store offers trinkets and gifts for all ages to purchase.
