The worst experience ever.
The deals from Groupon is not as straight forward as it might look. My experience with them was a FIASCO.. The place has only 4 trampolines. They have parties all the time during the weekend so it is close to the public. If you do not live close to the location you better call ahead of time to make sure that there aren't any parties.
Before my visit I called and Gail, the owner told me that she had parties all day with the exception from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. so If I was there by this time we will be able to use it. Therefore that it was we did. My kids jumped for 10 minutes and then another family came after us so she asked me to let them go for 10 minutes and I did, but when their time was ended she told me she could not allow me kids to jump again since she needed to set up the place for the next party. So told me to came back another day. I could not believe. Therefore I ended driving 30 minutes for my kids to jump for only 10 minutes. No apology at all. She is just rude.
