I lived there less than one month after their so called inspection and repeatedly requested for them to repair the water leaks, as well as submitted my own estimates of some of the negligent issues. There must be something seriously wrong with the way they function in business. They never repaired anything. They have thus far keep my deposit of over 8000K cash buy in, not to mention my moving and other expenses and the stress was horrific while they harrassed me terribly, so buyer beware of this.
