This might be "standard" practice, but it is more like a cattle drive. Push em in move em out! Emergency for broken tooth appointment took a week to get in and was told make another appointment to fix ANY teeth (so we can charge for another appointment) then depending on time allowed how much we will fix per appointment. What happened to me hiring them to fix what EVER is wrong with my teeth when I come in. Big sign in front of the "office" gives group rates according to family size. How professional. Cattle drive is not flattering but close to accurate.
