The Cultural Arts Division presents Art on the Grand, a spring fine arts fair featuring live music and street performances and held in downtown Farmington. Young artists are invited to participate in Next Stage, a coaching program for performers, Farmington Hills Youth Choir and Farmington Hills Youth Theatre.
