Farmington Public Safety Announces Arrest in Chatham Hills Thefts
The 21-year-old Taylor man was identified with assistance from the Southgate Police Department.
The Farmington Public Safety (FPS) Dept. this morning announced the arrest of a 21-year-old Taylor man in connection with this week's 23 larcenies from automobiles in Chatham Hills subdivision, near Grand River and Halsted. According to Public Safety Director Bob Schulz, the man is in custody in Southgate and faces charges of receiving and concealing stolen property in Wayne County. He will be charged with the local crimes probably no sooner than Monday, Schulz said, and Farmington Hills detectives are investigating whether he was also involved with thefts in that community.
