Farmington Hills Man Faces Charges in Lincoln Park Home Invasion
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy alleges that Justin M. Acosta, 18, and Xavier M. Jones, 22, of Onondaga, broke into a Lincoln Park home on Nov. 7.
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym L. Worthy announced that Justin M. Acosta, 18, of Farmington Hills, and Xavier M. Jones, 22, of Onondaga face charges of Assault with Intent to Murder, Armed Robbery and Home Invasion First Degree in connection with a home invasion in Lincoln Park. Jones has also been charged with Larceny of a Firearm, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm. According to a press release from Worthy's office, the defendants broke into a home in the 1400 block of Fort Park Street in Lincoln Park, at around 9:40 a.m. on Nov. 7.
