Armed Robber Hits Farmington Radio Shack
No one was injured in the Wednesday night incident, a Farmington Public Safety commander said.
No one was injured, but a number of cell phones were taken during an armed robbery Wednesday at Radio Shack on Grand River in Farmington. According to a Farmington Public Safety Dept. release, a lone gunman entered the business at around 8:20 p.m. and ordered the two employees to stay in the back of the store. The suspect then took cell phones from the stock room. An employee coming from the back room saw the suspect enter the front passenger seat of a newer, dark blue or black “shiny metallic” vehicle, possibly a Honda, which was parked in front of the business.
