Home Sales, Prices Going Up Farmington Hills Real Estate Expert Says

David Trott spoke at the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber's Economic and Real Estate Breakfast Thursday.

Oakland County will continue to be a great place to live and do business in 2013, according to economic and real estate experts who spoke to a crowd at the Townsend Hotel Thursday morning. David Trott, chairman of Farmington Hills-based Trott & Trott, P.C. and CEO of NDeX, and Paul Traub, from the Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago, spoke as part of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber's annual Economic and Real Estate Breakfast. According to Traub, a business economist at the Detroit branch of the Federal Reserve Bank, the country, Michigan and Oakland County are beginning to see signs of strength after four years of economic recovery. Farmington Hills Law Firm Aids Ronald McDonald House

Employees use casual time and volunteering to support the charity.

Trott & Trott, P.C., a Farmington Hills-based law firm serving the mortgage banking industry, joined with NDeX Michigan (NDeX), a leading provider of technology and processing services for law firms nationwide, to support Ronald McDonald House of Detroit in their summer charity initiative. Trott and NDeX employees were offered casual time in exchange for contributing funds, and volunteering at Ronald McDonald House of Detroit where the team prepared lunches for residents, provided maintenance support and landscaped in the House gardens. In total, employees of both companies donated more than 300 hours of their time and $4,725 to the cause.
