The laundry's piled up, the dishes are waiting in the sink, the kids need help with their homework. And oh, yes, there's that pesky job to head off to every morning. Moms have only 24 hours in a day, and it can be difficult to work in everything we do for everyone else, much less take time to relax and unwind. We just celebrated a holiday that's all about loving our spouses and partners, but shouldn't we love ourselves, too? Where and how do you make time for yourself? Do you even take "mommy time"?

The U.S. surgeon general calls on the nation to support breast-feeding moms.
U.S. Surgeon General Regina Benjamin said in her "Call to Action to Support Breastfeeding" that while 75 percent of moms start out breast-feeding, only 13 percent continue through the infant's first six months. Her call to action outlines steps that can be taken to remove some of the obstacles faced by women who want to breast-feed their babies. Have you breast-fed your child(ren)?
