A new Qdoba in Hunters Square shopping center at 14 Mile and Orchard Lake in Farmington Hills is a bit larger than most among the company's 25 Michigan restaurants. But that, and the faces behind the counter, are where the differences end, says Qdoba regional marketing specialist Jessica Waugh. "That's what we strive for, the same quality product in all of our locations," she said. Customers at the Qdoba restaurant in Farmington Hills can get free food on Tuesday, if they don't mind a little PDA. The nationwide chain is bringing back a Valentine's Day promotion that, according to spokeswoman Ashley Cohen, tens of thousands of customers took advantage of in 2011. Anyone who buys an entree can get another for free—once they kiss a fellow customer at the cash register. It doesn't matter (to Qdoba) who it is. No coupon is necessary. The promotion is happening nationwide, though in Wisconsin, inexplicably, the second entree is 50 percent off, not free. Located in the Heartland Marketplace shopping center at 12 Mile and Orchard Lake Roads, Qdoba is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. today
