ReplyI wouldn't count on Ron Edwards or Richard Reaume to show their faces at this event. I can't think of a firefighter who would want them there...

Fake Jake, I did not scream, but merely called out Mr. Reaume for lying about the cost of the pavilion. He stated that it would cost $350,000 back on July 17th. He also stated that it would be mostly paid for by grants. As it turns out, both statements were lies, and I proved it. You of course do not want to talk about that, asd it is an uncomfortable truth for you.
As far as the meeting goes, you stated that you were sitting in the back row when I made my statement and left. You called me a wacky nut. The fact is that I knew all 8 people attending the meeting. So you are either a Board of Trustees member, or you work for the township.

ReplyJake,
You say that our firefighters are paid to sleep most of the time. You said that. Well I have said a bunch of times that oiur firefighters show up when you are having the worst day of your life, and they try to help. Sometimes at the cost of their lives! Today is an example of that. You don't seem to think of that though! You don't seem to think of the risks they take every damn time they leave the station! You don't talk about those things! it's all about money to you! Tell that to the family of the guy who left for work today, and won't be going home tonight!!! I have no use for you, or your heartless friends on the Board!!! -

ReplyFor those following Kelsey's story, yesterday, West Virginia became the 10th state to adopt the Kelsey Smith Act.
I can also say that State Representative Kurt Heise, who represents Plymouth Township, has shown interest in the Kelsey Smith Act. I spoke with both Greg and Missy Smith today, and they are going to send me the exact wording of the Kelsey Smith Act to be forwarded on to Mr. Heise for review.
I would like to thank Mr. Heise for his time in reading about Kelsey, and his quick response to my emails.
We will get this done.
