Chef Stacy Sloan is the founder of Three Little Birds Fine Foods and Themethodschool.com. Most recently the Director of Culinary Education for the Mirepoix Cooking School located above Holiday Market in Royal Oak, she holds a degree from Schoolcraft College in the Culinary Arts and Madonna University in Journalism and Public Relations.   <br><br>Vice President of the Michigan Chefs de Cuisine Association, she has also served as Pastry Chef for some of the finest restaurants in Metro Detroit such as The Golden Mushroom, Gravity Bar &amp; Grill, Cafe Bon Homme, Walnut Creek Country Club, and more. A fitness enthusiast, and natural foods advocate, Sloan is passionate about sharing wholesome, natural foods to those who long for great-tasting, balanced and healthful options.

Sloan is a certified Dale Carnegie instructor, who also operates 235 Consulting, a business consulting firm geared towards helping small businesses and start-ups find their voice and tell their story.
