The City of Farmington Hills Special Services Adults 50 & Better Division takes great pride in recognizing and honoring community veterans with the annual Stars and Stripes Forever celebration. Tickets are $8 through Nov. 1 or $10 afterwards and at the door. Complimentary admission is offered to veterans that reside in Farmington or Farmington Hills and preregister by November 1. All veterans in the area and their guests are welcome to attend. The event will include an honor guard ceremony conducted by The VFW and The American Legion, and a roll call of all veterans in attendance. The celebration continues with a luncheon, dancing to a live band, raffles and prizes, and a special sweets table. Stars and Stripes Forever is sponsored by American House of Farmington Hills.
