UPDATED: Longacre Elementary School Remains Closed Thursday
District officials cite a building problem in closing the Farmington school.
UPDATE: School district officials announced Wednesday afternoon that Longacre Elementary School will be closed a second day, due to continued building problems.
The district notified parents Tuesday night that the school will be closed Wednesday, due to a building problem. Students throughout the district were off Monday and Tuesday, which were professional development days for teachers.
Longacre is located at 34850 Arundel Drive in Farmington.
